March 1 - June 8, 2024 The Animation Project, CSP, Inception Collaboration

What is the importance of collaboration?

The idea here was that Inception composers would animate Young Animators projects out of NYC, and our partners, the Classical Sax Project, would play the music live to picture in concert in New York.


Although this road was a bit bumpy, it was great to have animators attend our class and guide our composers with their vision. The bi-coastal collaboration was an excellent way to wrap up our season thanks to the Classical Sax Project live concert. It left 2023-2024 a huge success.


Here is Lundy and Jonathan's score to Intrepid, animated by Ausar Johnson, and performed by Javier and the CSP orchestra, under the baton of JP Schmitt.
